Scope of work
- Architect will meet the client to understand the requirement.
- Architect will present one or two layout plans to the customer for discussion and finalization. Architect will then proceed with the working drawings and structural drawings for the layout plan which is finalised by the client. Subsequently, the client will not be allowed to change the layout plan.
- The following layout plans and drawings (2D drawings) will be provided to the client:
- Layout plan & working drawings
- Structural drawings
- Furniture layout
- Front elevation of the building (one)
- Electrical drawings
- Plumbing drawings
- Architect will make one visit and if required two visits to the client’s site.
- Tentative time for completion of the project – 6 to 8 weeks.
Architecture Consultancy Fees:
- Rs. 50 per sq. ft of built-up area, plus applicable service tax – plot area of upto 500 sq yards.
- Rs. 40 per sq. ft of built-up area, plus applicable service tax – plot area of 501 sq yards and above.
- Minimum fee for any architectural project shall be Rs. 100,000/-
Optional Services:
- Charges for extra onsite meeting – Rs. 5,000 per visit.
- Charges in case the customer requires 3D renders – Rs. 6,000 per view. Only one change will be allowed in a 3D render.
- Civil Construction of the building/project – rate will depend on the scope, size and location of the project.
Payment Terms:
- 100% in advance
- Service tax at the rate of 15% shall be applicable on all the charges.
